Plans and limits
| Plan | Domains | Members | Maximum automatic scan frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | 1 | Weekly |
| Starter | 1 | 3 | Daily |
| Pro | 5 | 20 | Daily |
| Business | 20 | 50 | Daily |
| MSP | 50 | Unlimited | Daily |
Member limits include you and valid pending invitations. Scheduled scans use the slower of the domain schedule and the plan interval. Free manual scans also have a cooldown based on the plan interval. Free does not allow a daily schedule.
A lower plan does not delete existing domains or members. Additions stop while at the limit, and invitation acceptance also checks capacity.
Results and ports
tcp means a TCP connection succeeded. udp means a response matching the supported UDP probe was observed. unknown means the public index lists a port but its protocol has not been confirmed. It does not mean closed or necessarily TCP.
A “new port” appears when the host was observed previously, that port number was absent, and the current result contains it. Learning tcp / udp for a previously unknown protocol alone is not a new port. Initial evaluations and recovery after a previously unobserved host are excluded.
Active port checks run only within the ownership and destination safety checks. Without ownership verification, active port information may be empty. Public index information may still be available; an empty field does not prove that no ports are open.
